AquaCheck for FLIR One is a fantastic tool that lets you look before you leap when it comes to potentially uncomfortable water. AquaCheck uses the FLIR One camera to analyze the surface temperature of a body of water and based on a relative comparison to your own skins temperature, informs you of how comfortable it would be to do some swimming!

No two individuals experience the temperature of water in quite the same way due to variations in skin temperature from one person to the next. By leveraging a relative comparison, AquaCheck is uniquely able to find out how comfortable a source of water would be for you personally!

Other applications for AquaCheck could include checking the safety of bath water for infants, safely testing extreme water conditions without exposing human skin to potential harm, or any task involving comparing two temperatures together.
